I live in Co Galway in a self-built house with my dog. I try to grow most of my veg and grow trees on my land for the stove. I am off grid using solar panels, have compost toilet and capture rain water. I enjoy reading, swimming, drinking home brew and all the physical tasks required to keep the place going.
